Mathias Ringgenberg, also known as PRICE (*1986, lives and works in Zurich) is a multidisciplinary performance artist working with live performance, music, video and installation. He studied Performing Arts and Theatre at Hochschule der Künste Bern. For the Swiss Art Awards he submitted Where do you want to go today – an interdisciplinary performance in three acts. His work is mainly text and voice based. However, in each variation, PRICE explores other possibilities on how language translates in its messages, emotions, and feelings and how it can be experienced. His musical stories often address popular topics including generation Y/X, which he perceives as a homeless generation.
